About Us
ETMHD was founded August 10th of 2016. We are one of the Nation's few sanctuary rescues devoted to helping miniature equines in need. We have helped over 700 miniatures.
WE ARE 100% DONATION FUNDED AND A PROUD MEMBER OF THE HOMES FOR HORSES COALATION
ETMHD sits on a little over 6 acres of pasture which is divided into small paddocks and dry lots suitable for miniatures. Each paddock and lot has its own shelter. ETMHD houses an average of 10 sanctuary animals.
Sanctuary Program
Our Sanctuary Program
Our Sanctuary Program was created for some of the most medically delicate and vulnerable animals who come through our gates. These special minis may need extended rehabilitation, ongoing medical care, or simply more time before they are ready for their next chapter.
For some, sanctuary is a place to heal and recover until they are ready for adoption. For others with chronic medical conditions, disabilities, advanced age, or other special needs, ETMHD becomes their forever home.
No matter how long they are with us, our goal is the same: to provide the individualized care, comfort, and love they need to have the best quality of life possible.
Visit our Sanctuary Program page to meet our special residents and learn more about their stories.
